Your records should remain yours.

BookWeave uses account information to provide signed in access, manage applications and approvals, and keep saved records connected to the correct account.

Microphone and live transcription

Microphone access begins only after you allow it in your browser. Live transcription uses the browser's speech recognition capability. Depending on the browser and operating system, speech may be processed by the browser provider and should not be assumed to remain entirely on the device.

AI processing

When you deliberately request a summary or meeting minutes, the selected source text is sent to BookWeave's configured AI service to create that result. BookWeave does not run this step silently. Generated results should always be reviewed.

Saved records

Approved users can save notes, transcripts, summaries, schedules, and meeting details in BookWeave's hosted database so they remain available across signed in devices. Private user records are not included in public pages or public sitemaps.

Downloads and deletion

Exports are created in your browser and downloaded to your device. You can delete a saved record from the workspace. Deletion removes that record from the active BookWeave account database.

Service providers

BookWeave relies on service providers for hosting, account sign in, email delivery, and artificial intelligence features. Those providers process the information needed to perform the requested function.

Your choices

You control when transcription begins, what content you submit for AI processing, what you save, what you download, and what you delete. Please do not record or process information without any consent required for your situation.
