Start a record

Open your workspace and choose New note or New meeting. Add a clear title, language, context, and meeting details where relevant.

Transcribe live speech

Select Transcribe and approve microphone permission. Live transcription depends on browser speech recognition support. Current Chrome and Edge versions generally provide the best experience. BookWeave does not silently begin recording.

System audio and calls

A normal website cannot reliably capture every computer sound, telephone call, or audio from another mobile application. BookWeave therefore does not claim universal system audio or call capture. Use microphone transcription only where it works appropriately and where participants have been informed.

Shape and save your work

Keep the original transcript, edit the source, and create a summary or meeting minutes where available. Select Save to add it to your private signed in BookWeave records.

Find and export

Search saved records by their title and content. Download a portable copy as DOCX, TXT, MD, JSON, PDF, or EPUB. Your work should never be locked in.

Privacy and consent

Microphone access remains under browser control. Saved records are stored remotely so they can follow your signed in account across devices. AI features send the selected record content for processing when you request an AI result. Read the Privacy page for the current data handling explanation.
